What We’re All About
Our bar opened on October 28, 2021. Located in the romantic zone in the ACT2 Plaza. The Corner Bar is an intimate gay and LGBTQ+ cocktail bar in the heart of Zona Romántica, known for handcrafted martinis, signature cocktails and a welcoming atmosphere. The Corner Bar was voted Favorite Gay Bar in 2025 and Favorite Martini Bar in 2024 by We Are Puerto Vallarta. We offer a cozy indoor space with a cozy, welcoming space where friends—old and new—can meet, relax and enjoy a great cocktail. With our carefully curated signature cocktails and martinis, you’re sure to be delighted with every sip. Our sexy and friendly bartenders will make all feel welcome at The Corner.
OUR STORY
The owners, Andrei from Mexico City and Chuck from Chicago, became friends over 10 years ago while vacationing in Puerto Vallarta. We both wanted to create a warm and welcoming space for LGBTQ+ vacationers and locals alike (and their str8 friends). Located in the heart of Zona Romantica, The Corner Bar welcomes LGBTQ+ locals, travelers and friends for handcrafted martinis, signature cocktails and good conversation. Our outdoor patio space opens October 29, 2026 giving more seating and space for our guests.
